Job summary

CBRE in the United States seeks a Project Manager to provide consulting for a multi-use facility client account, guiding projects from initiation through completion. This role covers ground-up and facility infrastructure construction with up to 50% regional travel in the Eastern Time Zone.

You will manage scope, budgets, schedules, quality control, and risk, while coordinating governance and ensuring data integrity across the project delivery team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience; combination accepted in lieu of degree.
• LEED AP, PMP and/or CCM designations preferred.
• Ground-up construction and MEP infrastructure experience strongly desired.
• Proficient in MS Office; Kahua or similar PM software and ERP platforms (D365) helpful.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to perform complex financial calculations.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for singular real estate projects from initiation through completion.
• Collaborate with clients to define scope, budgets, work plans and milestones.
• Conduct RFPs, bid evaluations, and resource recommendations for projects.
• Implement project documentation governance aligned with client needs.
• Ensure data integrity and timely, coordinated project documentation.
• Direct delivery teams and provide guidance to achieve objectives.
• Create action plans, track progress, and report status and variances.
• Identify threats and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans.
