Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. seeks a Project Manager to oversee ground‑up and facility infrastructure projects for a multi‑use client account. Responsibilities include scope definition, budgeting, scheduling, risk identification, and governance to ensure successful delivery.

Travel up to 50% regionally, mainly within the Eastern Time Zone. The role requires strong client interaction, coordination with cross‑functional teams, and the ability to manage documentation, resources, and performance against

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or preferred with 5–8 years of relevant experience.
• Ground up construction and MEP infrastructure experience is strongly desired.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience in Kahua or similar project management software and D365 or other ERP platform.
• Strong organizational skills with an analytical mindset.
• Sophisticated math skills and ability to perform % and fractional calculations.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for real estate projects from initiation through completion.
• Coordinate with clients to define scope, resources, cost estimates, budgets, schedules, milestones, quality control, and risk.
• Define resources, solicit RFPS, evaluate bids, and recommend resources to clients.
• Implement project documentation governance aligned with company and client requirements.
• Ensure data integrity and timely, coordinated project documentation.
• Lead the project delivery team with guidance to achieve goals.
• Create action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule; track progress and report variances.
• Identify threats and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans.
