Qualifications

• Active Michigan Managing Broker license required.
• Established real estate industry experience.

• Comfortable recruiting, mentoring, and developing real estate professionals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Michigan operations as Managing Broker.
• Recruit and onboard qualified real estate agents, especially in investment-focused real estate.
• Lead, mentor, and support agents in daily business.
• Provide guidance on contracts, transaction terms, state regulations, and brokerage policies.
• Maintain compliance with Michigan real estate requirements.
• Support agents in resolving transaction and client issues.
• Foster a collaborative, performance-driven brokerage culture.
• Expand the brokerage's presence and agent network in Michigan.
• Collaborate with leadership and operations to support growth.
