Qualifications

• Typically 7 years in Finance ops, shared services, or outsourced delivery.
• 3+ years in regional or multi-country management.
• Experience with third-party outsourced providers in SLA-based environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as regional interface between GBS, outsourced partners, and regional stakeholders.
• Translate business priorities into executable R2R delivery plans within region.
• Own end-to-end regional service delivery performance across accounting close, reconciliations, journal entries, and controls.
• Lead daily/weekly operating cadence across region, manage close calendar, volume, throughput, capacity, backlog.
• Enforce SLA/KPI performance across R2R with root-cause analysis and corrective actions; escalate as needed.
• Act as escalation point for regional delivery issues; resolve delays, reconciliation breaks, and control deficiencies.
• Coordinate with outsourced vendor sites to maintain staffing, quality, and controls.
• Execute and enforce global R2R standards and governance; manage regional complexity.
• Support regional demand forecasting, capacity planning and risk escalation.
• Ensure compliance, process controls, and audit readiness across regional R2R activities.
• Identify regional improvement opportunities including automation and simplification.
• Support transition and onboarding for new scope migrations into GBS or outsourced environments.
