You will translate business needs into operational delivery plans, manage SLA/KPI performance, and drive improvements in budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis while partnering with Corporate Finance leadership and vendors.

Qualifications

• Deep subject matter expertise in FP&A including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Experience managing global FP&A or finance reporting in multi-geo environments.
• Ability to translate business requirements into operational delivery plans.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary global interface between Corporate Finance, GBS, and outsourced partners.
• Own end-to-end global service delivery performance for FP&A processes across teams.
• Translate functional requirements into operational delivery plans aligned with global standards.
• Lead daily and weekly operating cadence globally, managing volume, quality, and throughput.
• Own SLA and KPI performance including forecast accuracy and reporting turnaround; escalate as needed.
• Manage planning and reporting calendar for budget, forecast, and management reporting cycles.
• Act as escalation point for FP&A data quality issues and reporting delays.
• Own vendor service delivery outcomes and ensure outsourced operations meet standards.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation; support onboarding for new scope migrations.
