Job summary

Henry Schein, Inc. is seeking an Associate Regional Process Leader to own regional R2R performance across multiple entities. You will coordinate with GBS, outsourced partners, and local finance leaders to ensure high-quality, compliant delivery aligned with global standards.

The role oversees end-to-end close activities, reconciliations, journal processing, and controls. Travel is minimal; a bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting is preferred and a regional, multi-country focus is required.

Qualifications

• Typically 7 years of experience in Finance operations, shared services, or outsourced service delivery environments.
• 3 years in a regional or multi-country management role.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline; CPA/CIMA/PMP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a regional interface between GBS, outsourced delivery partners, and regional business stakeholders, ensuring clear accountability and alignment of R2R service delivery.
• Translate business priorities into executable R2R delivery plans within the region, ensuring alignment with global process standards.
• Support ownership of end-to-end regional service delivery performance across accounting close, reconciliations, journal processing, and controls execution.
• Lead daily and weekly operating cadence across the region, managing close calendar, volume, throughput, capacity, and backlog.
