Job summary

Froehling & Robertson, Inc. seeks a Regional Quality & Training Coordinator to oversee laboratory, field, and the Quality Systems Manual across all branches in the region.

You will train staff, implement corporate procedures, and standardize training materials while rotating between branches. The role emphasizes developing means and methods for lab operations, accreditation maintenance, and effective communication with leadership.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in testing/quality roles.
• Maintains and leverages certifications (ACI Level I Concrete, DOT, WACEL, ICC).

Responsibilities

• Serves as intermediary between VP of Quality and Training, RVP and branch managers.
• Documents training practices for each new hire (lab and field).
• Documents the development and progress of each individual.
• Improves and streamlines existing test methods and daily operations.
• Communicates technician progress with all involved parties.
• Interacts with new hires.
• Coordinates and communicates with managers (Branch and department).
• Performs training and follow-up evaluations for field and lab staff.
• Oversees and develops new test methods for new hire onboarding.
• Assists the VP of Quality and Training in developing quality and training materials.
• Oversees QSM organization, structure, and associated performance evaluations.
• Mentors and/or oversees work and development of lab supervisors, lab technicians, and field technicians.
