Description

Froehling & Robertson, Inc., (F&R) has been proudly engineering stability in the country since 1881. In addition to being one of the oldest independent testing/engineering companies, F&R is also a minority-owned business offering competitive compensation/benefits and a positive work environment designed around the philosophy of mutual respect for all! We're always on the lookout for enthusiastic individuals who are not afraid to get their boots and hard hats a little dirty from an honest day's work.

Come be a part of this talented and dedicated team.

This position will provide oversight for laboratory, field, and the Quality Systems Manual (QSM – lab and field). This includes training, development, and operational enhancements in these areas for all of the branches within the region.

The training aspect provides oversight of the training of individuals at each branch by implementing corporate procedures, protocols, and standards. It will require time at each branch when new hire start. Documentation and guidance throughout the training stage will be a vital tool for tracking progress and increasing technician success.

The goal of this position is to provide the company with thorough documentation that staff are being consistently trained to perform day-to-day duties, and that each branch is conforming to the company QSM and satisfying the associated accrediting agency requirements.
