Job summary

Resolian, a global bioanalytical CRO, is seeking a Site Training & Development Coordinator to build and mature site-wide training programs across laboratory operations and QA functions. You will design training governance, onboarding, qualification programs, and competency assessments to support regulatory readiness and continuous learning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a life sciences field.
• 3+ years in a regulated lab or healthcare/life sciences environment.
• Experience coordinating training and using quality systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding and training activities for new laboratory employees.
• Maintain curricula, qualification matrices, and competency assessments.
• Schedule and document instructor-led, hands-on, and e-learning training.
• Ensure training records are audit-ready and monitor compliance metrics.
• Collaborate with QA, HR, and SMEs to align training with regulatory requirements.
