Job summary

Interpath Laboratory, Inc. seeks an experienced Regional Technical Consultant to deliver standardized technical training across its regional sites. Working with leadership, this role develops and executes training programs to ensure staff meet Interpath’s quality, compliance, and performance standards.

Travel to assigned Interpath laboratory sites is required. A Bachelor's in MLS/CL S and at least four years' MLS/CLS experience with training leadership is required; occasional after-hours work

Qualifications

• Minimum of four (4) years as MLS/CLS with non-waived testing experience.
• Experience in laboratory training, technical leadership, or supervision preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in MLS/CLS from NAACLS-accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver technical training across regional sites.
• Develop training programs aligned with quality and regulatory standards.
• Lead and support deployment of new laboratory technologies and AI-assisted workflows.
• Travel to regional sites as required, with overnight stays as needed.
