Job summary

Froehling & Robertson, Inc. seeks a Quality & Training Coordinator to oversee laboratory, field, and QSM activities. The role includes program training, documentation, and process enhancements across regional branches.

You will implement corporate procedures, coordinate branch training, and ensure accreditation readiness while reporting to senior leadership. Travel between branches is required and critical to success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in quality/training roles.
• Thorough knowledge of testing requirements for common lab/field standards.
• Experience maintaining certifications (ACI Level I, DOT, WACEL, ICC).
• Ability to produce written technical documents clearly.
• Mentor and train lab and field technicians effectively.

Responsibilities

• Serve as intermediary between VP of Quality and Training, RVP and branch managers.
• Document training practices for every new hire (lab and field).
• Track progress and guide development of individuals.
• Improve and streamline test methods and daily operations.
• Communicate technician progress to involved parties.
• Coordinate with managers and perform training evaluations.
• Oversee QSM organization, structure, and performance evaluations.
• Mentor lab supervisors and field technicians; perform other duties as assigned.
