Job summary

Interpath Laboratory, Inc. is seeking an experienced Regional Technical Consultant to design and deliver standardized training across regional sites.

You will work with the Regional Manager and C‑suite to ensure quality, compliance, and operational performance, acting in regulatory leadership roles as needed. The role requires a MLS/CLS with four years of non-waived testing experience, CLIA qualifications, and multi-site travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum four years of MLS/CLS experience performing non-waived testing.
• Experience in laboratory training, technical leadership, or supervision is preferred.
• Current MLS/CLS certification or eligibility and enrollment to sit for exam.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver technical training programs across regional sites.
• Serve in regulatory roles (Regulatory Supervisor/Consultant) as directed.
• Travel to assigned regional sites as needed; ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Lead evaluation and integration of new lab technologies and AI-assisted workflows.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and uphold Interpath’s quality culture.
