Job summary

Entegris is seeking a North America Quality Systems Manager to lead a regional team of Quality Systems Engineers and partner with site and cross- functional teams. You will drive QMS development and improvement across North America while supporting advanced semiconductor manufacturing globally.

The role requires 10+ years in manufacturing with quality experience, onsite presence four days a week, and up to 15% travel. ISO 9001 or similar knowledge and auditor experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering or related technical field.
• At least 10 years of manufacturing experience with quality management systems.
• Ability to plan and manage projects with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills across dispersed sites.
• Experience mentoring quality professionals and leading audits.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop the North America Quality Systems team across regional sites.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, and leaders to improve QMS maturity.
• Identify quality system needs across North America and implement practical solutions.
• Coordinate internal and registrar audits, customer audits, and internal assessments.
• Support CAPA, RCA, and problem-solving activities to improve process performance.
• Lead global quality system projects and demonstrate Entegris PACE values.
