ALLNEX is seeking a Regional Quality Manager, Americas, to lead quality programs across multiple manufacturing sites in North and South America. You will partner with regional leaders to drive quality excellence, ensure alignment with global strategies, and oversee QMS activities, CAPA, and ISO certifications.

You will manage investigations, champion continuous improvement, and mentor regional quality teams while traveling up to 40% of the time to support sites across the Americas.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years in chemical or related industry.
• Experience leading quality programs across multiple sites.
• Proven track record with ISO management systems & audits.
• Strong analytical and root-cause problem solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to influence across cross-functional, multicultural teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead quality programs across multiple sites in the Americas.
• Drive Global Quality Strategy through regional initiatives.
• Ensure deployment of global quality processes regionally.
• Identify improvement opportunities with regional management and implement solutions.
• Develop and execute Quality Improvement Plans to reduce risk and cost of poor quality.
• Analyze regional quality data, report KPIs monthly.
• Support complex quality challenges and major customer complaints investigations.
• Lead or support ISO certifications and QMS management reviews.
• Mentor and develop quality professionals across sites.
