Job summary

Greven Executive Search is seeking a Regional Quality Assurance Manager for a growing industrial manufacturer. The role leads quality systems across three U.S. plants with broader responsibility for manufacturing quality in the U.S.

and Mexico, reporting to the VP of Operations. You will oversee quality from incoming materials through finished goods and drive improvements in quality systems, traceability, customer complaint resolution, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, or related field.
• 7+ years of manufacturing quality experience with multi-site responsibility.
• Six Sigma Black Belt with strong process improvement experience.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, QMS, audits, CAPA, and manufacturing quality systems.
• Experience overseeing raw material, in-process, and finished goods quality.
• Experience with product testing, ideally involving metals, resins, chemicals, or similar industrial products.
• Strong background in traceability, root cause analysis, and customer complaint resolution.
