allnex is seeking a Regional Quality Manager, Americas to lead quality programs across multiple manufacturing sites. You will partner with regional leadership, site QA teams, operations, technology, and commercial stakeholders to drive quality excellence and align with global quality strategies.
This role focuses on advancing QMS, supporting ISO certifications, leading investigations, and fostering continuous improvement.
Qualificações
- Minimum 10 years in chemical industry with quality leadership.
- Experience across multiple sites and ISO-certified systems.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management.
- Willingness to travel ~40% across Americas.
Responsabilidades
- Lead quality programs across multiple sites in the Americas.
- Implement global quality strategy at regional level.
- Ensure ISO certifications and QMS deployment.
- Drive QIPs to reduce risk and cost of poor quality.
- Analyze regional quality KPIs and report monthly.
- Lead investigations for major complaints and production quality issues.
- Collaborate with regional teams and customers on quality matters.
- Coach QA professionals across sites.
