Job summary

Michels Power, Inc. is seeking a Regional Quality Manager to lead QA/QC activities across multiple projects nationwide. You will support operations with program implementation, perform jobsite inspections, and ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.

This role requires independent work ethic and meticulous attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Travel is required as projects span various locations, including substations, transmission facilities, and related

Qualifications

• 7+ years of construction experience supporting quality programs on utility and energy infrastructure projects.
• Experience in HSEQ programs, audits and regulatory compliance.
• Leadership experience managing quality teams across multiple projects.
• QA/QC Certification in ISO or the American Society for Quality (Preferred).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• A valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles which may be driven and an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to travel and commit to long term onsite projects.
