Job summary

Michels Power, Inc. seeks a Regional Quality Manager to lead QA/QC across utility and energy projects. You will assist operations with QA/QC programs and conduct jobsite inspections to verify compliance with project specs and industry standards.

This role requires 7+ years in construction quality, strong leadership, and the ability to travel to long-term onsite projects. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ISO/ASQ QA/QC guidelines are preferred.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of construction experience on utility/energy projects (incl. BESS, substations)
• Experience with HSEQ programs, audits and regulatory compliance
• Leadership experience managing quality teams across multiple projects
• QA/QC certification in ISO or ASQ preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to travel and commit to long-term on-site projects
