Job summary

Michels Power, Inc. is seeking a Regional Quality Manager to support QA/QC programs across multiple project sites with travel. This role requires ensuring adherence to project specifications and industry standards while maintaining high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

You will lead quality teams, perform inspections, and drive QA/QC initiatives in collaboration with operations. Preferred ISO/ASQ certifications; travel to onsite projects is required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of construction experience supporting quality programs on utility and energy infrastructure projects, including Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), substations, transmission, distribution, and/or foundation construction
• Experience in HSEQ programs, audits and regulatory compliance
• Leadership experience managing quality teams across multiple projects

Responsibilities

• Assist operations with implementation and compliance of existing Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) programs
• Conduct jobsite inspections and assessments to ensure adherence to quality expectations in accordance with project specifications and industry standards
