Job summary

Michels Power, Inc. is seeking a Regional Quality Manager to support QA/QC programs across multiple projects nationwide. You will assist operations with program implementation, conduct field inspections, and ensure adherence to project specs and industry standards.

The role requires 7+ years in construction quality, experience with HSEQ, and the ability to travel to onsite locations. A strong attention to detail and independent work style are essential for success.

Qualifications

7+ years of construction experience supporting quality programs on utility and energy infrastructure projects (including BESS, substations, transmission, distribution)
Experience in HSEQ programs, audits and regulatory compliance
QA/QC Certification in ISO or the American Society for Quality (Preferred)
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
A valid driver license and ability to travel on long-term onsite projects

Responsibilities

Assist operations with implementation and compliance of QA/QC programs.
Conduct jobsite inspections and assessments to ensure adherence to quality expectations per project specs and standards.
Work independently with strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborate with project teams to maintain high-quality outcomes.
