Job summary

Michels Power, Inc. is seeking a Regional Quality Manager to support QA/QC across multiple energy infrastructure projects. You will conduct jobsite inspections, ensure compliance with project specs, and work closely with operations to uphold quality standards.

Travel to sites nationwide will be required as projects demand, and you will contribute to a strong culture of safety and continuous improvement within a leading energy contractor.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of construction experience supporting quality programs on utility and energy projects.
• Experience in HSEQ programs, audits, and regulatory compliance.
• Leadership experience managing quality teams across multiple projects.
• QA/QC Certification in ISO or ASQ preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel/onsite projects.
