Michels Power, Inc. seeks a Regional Quality Manager to lead QA/QC across multiple energy infrastructure projects, including substations, transmission, and storage systems. The role requires travel to onsite projects and strong attention to quality standards.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of construction experience supporting quality programs on utility and energy infrastructure projects, including Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), substations, transmission, distribution, and/or foundation construction
• Experience in HSEQ programs, audits and regulatory compliance
• Leadership experience managing quality teams across multiple projects
• QA/QC Certification in ISO or the American Society for Quality (Preferred)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• A valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles which may be driven and an acceptable driving record
• Ability to travel and commit to long term onsite projects

Responsibilities

• Assist operations with implementation and compliance of existing QA/QC programs
• Conduct jobsite inspections and assessments to ensure adherence to quality expectations in accordance with project specifications and industry standards
• Maintain strong attention to detail while working in a fast-paced environment
