Job summary

Michels Power, Inc. is seeking a Regional Quality Manager to support operations with QA/QC program implementation and compliance across multiple projects.

You will conduct jobsite inspections, assure conformance to project specifications and industry standards, and work independently in a fast-paced field environment with strong attention to detail. Travel is required to sites nationwide; the role emphasizes leadership, safety, and a commitment to quality in critical energy infrastructure

Qualifications

• 7+ years of construction experience supporting quality programs on utility and energy infrastructure projects.
• Experience in HSEQ programs, audits and regulatory compliance.
• Leadership experience managing quality teams across multiple projects.
• QA/QC Certification in ISO or the American Society for Quality (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Assist operations with implementation and compliance of QA/QC programs.
• This position conducts jobsite inspections and assessments to ensure adherence to quality expectations in accordance with project specifications and industry standards.
• Travel and long-term onsite project commitment and flexibility are required.
