Job summary

Resource Label Group is seeking an experienced Regional Quality Manager to partner with site teams and lead quality governance across the West region. This role reports to the Regional Director of Operations with dotted lines to Senior Manager, Quality Systems.

The ideal candidate will coach sites on QMS execution, drive root cause analysis, and ensure readiness for internal, customer, and third‑party audits while traveling across locations, including Simi Valley, CA and Cerritos, CA.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of quality management experience in manufacturing or related industry.

Responsibilities

• Embed quality resource for site teams within region to support QMS execution.
• Partner with site quality personnel and plant management to strengthen quality system performance.
• Assist sites in maintaining certification readiness (ISO 9001, audits).
• Interpret and apply enterprise quality standards and procedures.
• Lead regional quality escalations and customer audit preparation across sites.
• Coordinate cross-regional audits as needed.
• Own and manage customer quality escalations within region and drive resolutions.
