Job summary

Resource Label Group is seeking an experienced Regional Quality Manager to lead quality initiatives across the South region. You will partner with site teams to strengthen QMS execution, drive problem-solving capability, and prepare sites for customer and third-party audits.

The role requires owning customer quality escalations, guiding CAPA processes, and transferring knowledge across facilities. Located in the Dallas–Fort Worth area with travel to assigned sites, this position embeds within

Qualifications

• 5+ years of quality management experience in manufacturing.
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015; internal auditor experience required.
• Structured root cause analysis and corrective action experience.
• Ability to work across multiple sites and stakeholders with limited authority.
• Strong interpersonal and coaching skills; customer-facing quality escalation experience.

Responsibilities

• Embed quality resources with site teams to strengthen QMS execution.
• Lead CAPA and root-cause investigations across the region.
• Ensure audit readiness for internal, customer, and third-party audits.
• Coordinate cross-site quality improvements and knowledge transfer.
• Escalate and manage customer quality issues with regional leadership.
