Job summary

Resource Label Group seeks an experienced Regional Quality Manager to embed within the regional operations structure, strengthening QMS execution, driving CAPA, and leading customer quality escalations across the PNW region.

Reporting to the Regional Director of Operations with a dotted-line to the Senior Manager, Quality Systems, this role is travel‑heavy and requires collaboration across multiple sites, including Petaluma, Portland, Seattle, and beyond, to elevate site quality capabilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of quality management experience in manufacturing.
• ISO 9001:2015 knowledge; internal auditor experience.
• Structured root cause analysis and corrective action methodologies.
• Ability to work across multiple sites and stakeholders with limited direct authority.
• Strong interpersonal and coaching skills; ability to influence without positional authority.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the embedded quality resource for site teams within the region, providing hands-on coaching for QMS execution.
• Partner with site quality personnel and plant management to strengthen day-to-day quality system performance.
• Support sites in achieving and sustaining compliance with applicable certification standards (ISO 9001, SQF, AIB, IFS PACsecure, ISO 13485, SGP).
• Assist sites in interpreting enterprise quality standards, policies, and procedures developed by Corporate Quality.
• Own and manage customer quality escalations within the region, driving issues through to resolution.
