Job summary

Resource Label Group, LLC (RLG) seeks a Regional Quality Manager to partner with site teams across the PNW to strengthen QMS execution, drive problem solving, and ensure audit readiness. This role reports to the Regional Director of Operations and collaborates with Corporate Quality.

Ideal candidate has 5+ years in manufacturing quality, ISO 9001:2015 experience, and a proven track record in coaching, CAPA, and customer audit preparation. Willingness to travel across sites is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of quality management experience in manufacturing.
• ISO 9001:2015 internal auditor experience.
• Structured root cause analysis and corrective action methodologies.
• Ability to work effectively across multiple sites with limited authority.
• Strong interpersonal and coaching skills; customer-facing capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Embed quality coaching for site teams within the region to strengthen QMS execution.
• Lead root cause analysis, coach corrective actions, and monitor CAPA effectiveness regionally.
• Maintain audit readiness for internal, customer, and third-party audits; support regional audits.
• Transfer knowledge and best practices across sites and drive enterprise learning and improvements.
• Serve as regional liaison for quality communications with sites and Corporate Quality.
