Job summary

Resource Label Group, LLC is seeking a Regional Quality Manager to lead quality system execution across sites in the West region. The role is based in Sandy, UT at the Litho Flexo Grafics facility, with travel to Simi Valley, CA and Cerritos, CA as needed.

You will own regional customer quality escalations, drive CAPA, and coach site teams to improve quality performance while coordinating with Corporate Quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of quality mgmt in manufacturing with site-level QMS ownership.
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015; internal auditor experience.
• Root-cause analysis and corrective action experience.
• Ability to work across multiple sites with limited authority.
• Strong coaching and interpersonal skills; customer-facing.

Responsibilities

• Serve as embedded quality resource for site teams within the region and coach QMS execution.
• Partner with site quality personnel to strengthen day-to-day quality performance.
• Support certification readiness (ISO, SQF, AIB, IFS PACsecure, HACCP).
• Interpret and apply enterprise quality standards across sites.
