Job summary

Bimbo Bakeries USA seeks a Regional Quality Food Safety Manager to enhance bakery quality and food safety capabilities across the region. The role leads training, coaching, and implementation of programs to drive zero incidents and sustained compliance.

The position includes oversight of audits, root cause analysis, and collaboration with plant management. Travel approx. 75% with weekend travel possible.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Food Science or related major preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides training and mentoring to assure bakery associates meet Quality & Food Safety expectations.
