Bimbo QSR US is seeking a Regional Supervisor of Safety & Wellness to lead safety compliance and training across the US bakeries from Denver, CO. The role focuses on developing safety programs, investigating incidents, and coordinating workers’ compensation with thorough reporting.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years’ safety leadership experience in manufacturing, a OSHA-focused background, and strong analytical and communication skills. Some travel is required to support multiple facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or safety.
• 5+ years' experience as a safety leader/trainer in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of OSHA and OSHA-related regulations.
• Proficient in Excel and HR/payroll systems (ADP).

Responsibilities

• Lead safety compliance, training, and injury prevention programs.
• Develop and maintain safety training programs in line with OSHA requirements.
• Coordinate workers' compensation management and regulatory inspections.
• Investigate accidents and implement prevention measures.
• Travel up to 50% to support all BQ US bakeries.
• Create and maintain safety reports and risk assessments.
