Job summary

Bimbo QSR US is seeking a Regional Supervisor of Safety & Wellness to lead safety programs across bakery and distribution facilities. The role focuses on OSHA-compliant training, risk assessment, and workers’ compensation management in a manufacturing setting.

The incumbent will travel up to 50% to support all bakeries, conduct inspections, and coordinate with regulators. In-person work located in Denver, CO with premium benefits.

Qualifications

• BS in Business, HR or Safety related field.
• 5+ years' experience as Safety Leader/Trainer in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of federal, state and local regulations. OSHA compliance.
• Experience administering workers' compensation benefits.
• Good analytical and communication skills (oral and written).
• Computer proficient: Excel, ADP.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute and maintain employee safety program training in compliance with OSHA.
• Research and develop safety training programs for bakery and distribution.
• Lead safety committees to heighten safety awareness and reduce accidents.
• Investigate work-related accidents and implement prevention strategies.
• Create and maintain safety reports.
