Job summary

Loenbro is seeking an Area Manager in Phoenix to oversee safety, quality, and profitability across a multi-site region with $25MM-$75MM annual revenue targets. You will build a strong local team, drive cross-selling with customers, and ensure reporting and governance align with Loenbro standards.

You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and KPI-driven performance while promoting the company’s core values of integrity, teamwork, and excellence in service delivery to critical infrastructure customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in industrial construction.
• Experience with strategic planning, KPI development, and leadership development.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple sites.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and project controls.

Responsibilities

• Drive safety culture and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Support quality standards across projects and field teams.
• Ensure projects meet or beat gross margin targets and manage overhead.
• Lead growth and diversification, including regional markets and opportunities.
• Lead cross-selling initiatives and coordinate with sales to win new work.
• Oversee organizational structure, recruitment, and leadership development.
• Monitor KPI performance and ensure accurate reporting to leadership.
• Manage budgeting/forecasting and ensure alignment with regional goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Regional VP/President.
• Coordinate with project controls for budgeting, scheduling, and closeout.
