Bunnell-Lammons Engineering, Inc. is seeking a Staff Associate for Regional Quality Assurance to join our environmental, civil, geotechnical, and construction material testing teams.

The role supports senior staff, travels to project sites, and contributes to complex QA/QC programs within a dynamic consulting environment. The position focuses on developing skills toward licensure, with opportunities to participate in QA testing, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration across projects

Competenze

• 0-2 years of progressively responsible professional experience in relevant fields.
• Currently in progress towards obtaining Engineer-in-Training (EIT) or Geologist-in-Training (GIT) certification.

Mansioni

• Assist the project manager with overseeing comprehensive inspection, testing, and compliance programs on complex construction projects.
• Ensure materials, workmanship, and processes meet contract documents, specs, codes, and industry best practices.
• Manage teams of inspectors and technicians while coordinating with contractors, design professionals, owners and stakeholders.
• Document and certify construction completed per the site's CQA Plan.
• Review QA documentation such as soil lab/field test results, submittal data, and daily field reports.
• Perform site investigations, field inspections, and data collection to support project objectives.
• Develop and apply foundational knowledge in environmental regulations, civil design, geotechnical investigations, and construction material testing.
• Learn to communicate with clients, build rapport, and maintain professional demeanor under guidance.

Formazione

Associate’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Environmental Science, Construction Management
