Job summary

Michels Power, Inc. is seeking a Regional Quality Manager to support quality programs and ensure adherence to project specifications across diverse energy infrastructure projects. The role requires strong independence, attention to detail, and a track record of leading QA/QC teams on multiple sites.

Travel is required as projects span various locations. The position emphasizes ISO/ASQ standards, HSEQ compliance, and maintaining high safety and quality benchmarks in a fast-paced construction

Qualifications

• 7+ years of construction experience supporting quality programs on utility and energy infrastructure projects, including BESS, substations, transmission, distribution, and/or foundation construction.
• Experience in HSEQ programs, audits and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Assist operations with implementation and compliance of QA/QC programs.
• Conduct jobsite inspections and assessments to ensure adherence to quality requirements.
• Maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced project environment.
• Lead and mentor quality teams across multiple projects.
