Job summary

HKS, Inc. in Houston is seeking a Primary Pursuit Producer to lead end-to-end pursuit efforts. You will develop win strategies and tailored content that differentiate the firm and align with client requirements.

You will coordinate with project champions and Business Development, manage schedules, briefs, and deliverables, and ensure quality across pages, graphics, and messaging while maintaining brand standards. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Professional degree in Marketing or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Typically 5+ years of professional services pursuit marketing experience.
• Experience with A/E/C firms preferred.
• Experience in Photoshop and Illustrator preferred.
• Proficiency in InDesign and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of architecture/interior design industry preferred.
• Ability to operate in a matrixed global structure and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates or leads win strategy and messaging alignment discussions with pursuit teams and stakeholders.
• Partners with COEs to strengthen position with market insight and client perspective.
• Acts as trusted advisor to project champions and business development to differentiate client value.
• Develops high-quality tailored pursuit content aligned with client requirements and win themes.
• Drives pursuit storytelling and messaging with design team to elevate clarity and persuasiveness of materials.
• Owns end-to-end pursuit process, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
• Identifies risks and quality concerns early, collaborating on course corrections.
• Leads creation of qualifications packages, proposals, and interview collateral consistent with brand standards.
• Ensures accurate setup and management of pursuits in CRM and project tools for visibility.
• Maintains pursuit quality and win contribution through feedback and outcomes.
