Job summary

Ironclad Powered by Mersino seeks a Regional Pumping Solutions Specialist to lead complex pumping, bypass, dewatering, and fluid transfer projects across the Houston region. You will bridge Sales, Operations, Fleet, and Customer Solutions to design practical, safe, and cost-efficient pumping solutions and win work.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of pumping, fluid management, dewatering, bypass, and industrial services experience.
• Deep understanding of pump curves, flow dynamics, friction losses, and pipe sizing.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to customers, Sales teams, and Operations personnel.
• Experience in environmental or infrastructure project contexts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical pumping leadership across regional projects and field challenges.
• Support Sales with system configurations, proposals, and scope development.
• Assist with planning, mobilization, startup, and execution to ensure safe, efficient operations.
• Train Sales and Operations teams on pumping applications and best practices.
