Job summary

The Regional Service Manager at Sulzer will lead a team of service professionals in delivering field service engineering support, developing training programs for water and wastewater pump systems, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

This role focuses on creating and delivering innovative training content, conducting sessions for distributors and customers, and traveling up to 70% within North America to maintain service excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in a technical service / training role.
• Comprehensive understanding of pumps, motors, VFDs, and pumping system design.
• Proven experience developing and delivering technical training programs, particularly in wastewater.
• Problem-solving abilities and strong written/verbal communication.
• Willingness to travel 70% within North America.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver innovative training programs for water and wastewater pump service, including system troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Create training materials: webinars, presentations, videos, online resources and new experiences.
• Conduct training sessions, workshops and seminars for distributors, customers and internal staff.
• Assess training needs and continuously update programs for relevance and effectiveness.
• Collect feedback and evaluate impact to drive improvements.
