Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a driven sales professional to develop and execute a territory strategy for government and public safety solutions. You will lead customer meetings, demonstrate license plate reader and video products, and expand opportunities within existing accounts.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, self-motivation, and the ability to work across the Motorola portfolio with cross-selling initiatives. Travel to Minnesota, North Dakota, and surrounding states is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years of sales, sales engineering, customer success, military, and/or public safety experience.
• OR 6+ years of sales, sales engineering, customer success, military, and/or public safety experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a winning territory strategy within an assigned territory and existing account base.
• Lead customer meetings including prospecting, account management and relationship building with Economic Buying Influences.
• Perform product demonstrations for license plate reader, mobile and fixed video products.
• Uncover additional sales opportunities within existing accounts across the Motorola portfolio.
• Identify and overcome sales obstacles with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Promote extended warranty and maintenance programs to eligible customers.
