Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking to connect with candidates in Wisconsin for a senior sales/pipeline role focused on public safety and enterprise security. Build and execute strategic plans within a defined territory, manage relationships with key government buyers, and demonstrate Motorola’s license plate reader and video portfolios to drive new and existing business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 4+ years in sales, sales engineering, customer success, military or public safety.
• Outside sales experience selling to government organizations is a plus.
• Strong relationship development and management skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute winning strategies within assigned territory and existing accounts.
• Lead customer meetings covering prospecting, account management and stakeholder relationships.
• Demonstrate products (license plate reader, mobile and fixed video) to customers.
• Identify additional sales opportunities across Motorola portfolio within accounts.
