Job summary

Blue Line Solutions, LLC is seeking a Regional Sales Manager in North Carolina to drive sales of public safety education solutions. You will engage school districts, law enforcement, and municipal leaders while educating communities on safety initiatives.

The role requires extensive travel and the ability to present at town halls and conferences. Responsibilities include leading the full sales cycle, leveraging Insightly CRM, and building enduring partnerships with officials and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in public safety, education, business, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in sales, public safety program management, or community outreach roles.
• Experience working with school systems, law enforcement, or municipal governments.
• Strong public speaking and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to influence decision-makers in the public sector.
• Willingness to travel 50–75% within North Carolina.
• Must pass a federal background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets in school safety and public safety education.
• Build and maintain relationships with public officials, law enforcement, school boards, superintendents, and community stakeholders.
• Conduct presentations, town halls, and educational programs promoting safety initiatives and technology solutions.
• Collaborate with city planners, engineers, and school administrators to identify safety needs and tailor solutions.
• Drive full sales cycle from prospecting to contract execution.
• Utilize Insightly CRM to track leads and report sales activity.
• Attend community events, safety fairs, and conferences to promote solutions.
• Provide post-sales support to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Maintain a minimum of 8 agency visits per week and proactive outreach to prospects.
