Job summary

AvantStay is seeking a Senior Area Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across multiple markets. You will coordinate maintenance, housekeeping, and operations, and travel frequently to property sites to ensure guest satisfaction.

You will build relationships with property owners, manage escalations, and conduct inspections to uphold AvantStay standards. The role requires 4+ years in property management, 3+ years in leadership, and experience coordinating with vendors/homeowners.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of property management experience across multiple sites.
• 3+ years of people management experience.
• Experience working with external stakeholders including vendors and homeowners.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple markets consisting of teams of one to ten employees.
• Direct and delegate responsibilities to local market team members.
• Serve as the main contact to owners, communicating status and distributions.
• Supervise resolution of guest/homeowner issues within designated timeframes.
• Supervise housekeeping or routine maintenance tasks at properties.
• Collaborate with teams on evaluating operations at each property.
• Carry out administrative duties to support daily operations.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure AvantStay standards.
