Job summary

AvantStay seeks an Assistant Area Manager to support operations across its vacation rental properties in the designated area. You will audit properties, manage supplies, review owner distributions, and ensure guest satisfaction.

Travel frequently within the market, supervise field staff, and resolve issues promptly. 2+ years in hospitality or guest-facing roles and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hospitality or customer-facing experience.
• Vacation rental industry experience preferred.
• Ability and availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license and active car insurance.
• Must reside in the designated area.

Responsibilities

• Support the Area Manager in day-to-day operations across AvantStay properties in the designated area.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for property owners, communicating findings and distributions.
• Monitor and improve owner satisfaction metrics and AvantStay standards.
• Train, coach, and evaluate in-market field operations personnel.
• Conduct property inspections and coordinate housekeeping or maintenance tasks.
