Asset Living, a nationwide property management firm, is seeking a Regional Manager to lead the operations of a housing community portfolio, including leasing, maintenance, and financial oversight.

You will supervise on-site staff, ensure compliance with policies and fair housing guidelines, and drive net operating income through cost control and revenue strategies. Travel 25-50% and develop annual budgets while maintaining resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience leading property operations and staff
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements
• Ability to use on-site software and basic computer skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of housing community portfolio and ensure policy compliance.
• Screen, hire, train, coach, and develop on-site staff.
• Develop yearly operating budgets/forecasts.
• Promote cost control and revenue improvement.
