Job summary

Lakeshore is seeking a Regional Property Manager to oversee multiple communities in Central Florida. You will hire, train, and evaluate community staff, manage budgets, vessels and locations, and ensure compliance with corporate policies. The role requires travel and leadership across a 7–10 person team.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in property-related management, strong financial/marketing acumen, and proven organizational skills to meet deadlines in a hybrid Central Florida setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or better in a Business or related field;5+ years of property management, retail, hospitality, and/or Mobile Home Management
• Previous experience managing a team of 7-10 employees
• Knowledge of financials, marketing and sales
• Excellent organizational skills to provide efficient and timely follow up to deadlines
• Travel requirement 30%
• Good computer skills are a must

Responsibilities

• Hire, onboarding, training, mentoring, coaching, orienting and evaluation of community staff
• Executes all corporate policies and procedures
• Approves purchases beyond the budget of the Community Manager
• Managing locations and VIP vendors to meet the organization’s mission
• Develop plan of action for each community within region
• Physically inspect properties regularly
• Complete miscellaneous projects as they arise
