Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee housing community portfolios, including staffing, leasing, maintenance, financial administration, and risk management. This offsite leader will supervise on-site staff, ensure compliance with company policies, safety and fair housing guidelines, and drive NOI through cost control and revenue/leasing improvements.

The role requires travel, strong budgeting/forecasting skills, and experience in property management.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Screen, hire, train, coach, and develop on-site staff.
• Prepare annual operating budgets/forecasts.
• Monitor deposits, rent collections, and charges; reconcile accounts.
• Ensure property safety and compliance with policies and fair housing.
• Travel 25–50% of time for property visits and training.
• Provide monthly income/expense evaluations to senior leadership.
