Responsibilities

• Screen, hire, train, coach, and develop on-site staff
• Ensure staff training and compliance with company policies
• Deliver performance management including counseling and salary actions
• Approve timesheets, vacations, and attendance
• Maintain staff harmony and leadership quality
• Achieve NOI through cost controls and leasing strategies
• Develop annual operating budgets and forecasts
• Monitor income/expense variances and prepare allocations
• Provide capital improvement suggestions and project oversight
• Manage leasing strategy, marketing plans, and resident relations
