AMH, a leading single-family rental company, is seeking a Property Operations Manager in Irving, TX to lead regional field operations improvement initiatives, align with national priorities, and guide project management from planning to execution.

You will train and coach regional teams, partner with leaders to drive cost-effective processes, and ensure adherence to standards while implementing IT systems and programs.

Formación

• Requires a high school diploma or GED; bachelor’s preferred in business management or related field.
• 3+ years in a leadership role overseeing field operations.
• 3+ years in operations roles with senior leadership interaction.
• Experience with budget planning and financial management for resources.
• Strong presentation and communication skills for executive audiences.

• Provides leadership, training, and direction to regional operations teams to support improvements and adherence to standards.
• Partners with leadership to create a culture balancing business acumen and technical capability.
• Ensures field maintenance standards are reliable, efficient, cost effective, and sustainable.

• Oversees IT systems deployment and support aligned with operational priorities.
