The role oversees a rural development, HUD, HOME, and LIHTC portfolio with travel across the state. Requires AZ Real Estate License and 3+ years in affordable multi-family portfolio management.

Compensation ranges from $110,000 to $120,000 annually, DOE, plus bonus potential. Benefits include comprehensive health, retirement, PTO, and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• Requires AZ Real Estate License and AZ residency.
• 3+ years of affordable multi-family portfolio management experience.
• Experience with HUD/RD/HOME/Tax Credit programs preferred.
• Willingness to travel to properties within AZ.

Responsibilities

• Prepare operating budgets for each property and manage within budget.
• Monitor financial performance and owner communications.
• Oversee marketing and rent levels for properties.
• Visit properties regularly and conduct site inspection reports.
• Ensure compliance with wage, hour, employment, and housing laws.
