Job summary

Avenue5 Residential, LLC seeks a Regional Manager to lead operations across several properties, ensuring superior resident experience, effective lease administration, and strong property performance in partnership with the leadership team.

You will manage budgets and P&L, oversee vendor relations, recruit and mentor staff, and implement marketing plans to attract residents. Travel and overtime may be required to support a fast-paced, service-driven culture.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Five to ten years of property management experience required.
• Three to five years of direct management experience required.
• Real estate license as required by state or local law.
• Experience with Yardi or equivalent property management system.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operations of several properties including resident satisfaction and lease administration.
• Manage property P&L, budgets and regular reporting to owners.
• Lead recruiting, mentoring, and performance management of associates.
• Create strategic marketing plans to attract and retain residents.
• Ensure compliance with the Property Management Agreement guidelines.
