Lever, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Regional Property Manager to lead day-to-day operations across multifamily communities in the Western United States.

This boots-on-the-ground role requires significant time on-site with Community Managers, maintenance teams, residents, and vendors to ensure operational excellence. The ideal candidate thrives in a smaller, entrepreneurial environment, mentors teams, and drives results through engagement rather than distant oversight.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of multifamily property management experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel weekly between sites.
• CAM or CAP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple multifamily communities.
• Collaborate with on-site teams to drive performance and resident satisfaction.
• Inspect properties, manage maintenance, capital projects, and asset performance.
• Monitor financial reports and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Lead leasing and marketing initiatives to meet occupancy goals.
• Mentor Property Managers and on-site staff.
• Schedule vendors for routine maintenance.
• Promote ownership mindset and engage teams across sites.
• Ensure timely turnovers and minimize vacancy loss.
• Foster accountability and continuous improvement culture.
